Fascias
The boards behind the gutter
Fascias carry the weight of the gutter and seal the roof edge. We replace rotten timber with low-maintenance uPVC boards.

Soffits
Under the eaves
Soffits close off the underside of the eaves and keep the roof space ventilated. We fit vented uPVC soffits to stop condensation and pests.

- Discoloured or rotten timber
Dry verge
Gable ends without mortar
Mortar on the gable edge cracks and falls out. A dry verge system clips the edge tiles in place mechanically with no mortar to maintain.

- Repeated mortar repairs
